Question

Can I trigger on certain payment links and payments from the test environment within Stripe?

Translation (using Google Translate):
Nice to meet you. I'm using translation software, so I'm sorry if my English is strange. I'm currently trying to link stripe and benchmark emails using zapier. If you can pay with stripe, I'd love to add you to my list of benchmark emails. I have two questions about this. 1. Zapier and Stripe are already linked, but when I try to make a payment in the Stripe test environment, there is no payment in Zapier. Is there a better way to improve this? 2. Stripe has multiple payment links. If there are three payment links A, B, and C, is there a setting to link payment with payment link A only to zapier, and do nothing if payment is made with payment link B and C?

Hey there, @N-tk! Thanks for reaching out in community!

For your question on the missing payment unfortunately the Stripe test environment isn’t supported at the moment which is why you’re not seeing your test transaction. 😔

The good news is there is a feature request for this though! I did add your vote which is the best way to stay informed if/when it’s implemented. Here’s the main thread where we’ll be sharing any updates so definitely feel free to follow along there too!

Regarding only allowing for transactions from link A, I wonder if a filter using Filter by Zapier could work for you? This way only the transactions from that link process through to the next step.

Here’s a hub for the app with a bunch of great resources to poke through if you’re curious:

I hope some of this helps! Please keep us posted with any other q’s you may have - happy to lend a hand where we can. 🙂
