Can I to send a Discord DM when a specific task is flagged in my CRM?

Hi there,
Would love your expertise with Zapier to fix my issue. 🙏


Basically Discord is my main way to communicate with my customers.
I see Zapier has “Send Direct Message” as action.
Ideally I’d love that Zapier does this action when (trigger) the CRM has a specific task (follow-up on a Discord contact).

I’m open to changing CRM to do this, as it’d be a huge timer saver.
(Currently using HubSpot)

Is it possible?

Hi @Tessalone 

My question is if the trigger can be from a CRM task (follow-up reminder for example).

Idea is that: CRM reminds me to follow-up on this Discord contact (Trigger)
Zapier then automatically message that contact on Discord (Action)

Is that possible?
If so, with what Trigger exactly (with HubSpot for example or from a different CRM if not possible with HubSpot)

You are correct, and maybe I should detail a bit more my issue.

I cannot find the appropriate trigger for HubSpot.
That’s why, more generally, I was asking if there was one when I have a new task from my CRM.
(When my CRM reminds me to follow-up on this Discord contact)
