Can I setup the email parser to parse the original recipient email?

I have a large set of emails that forward to a single Gmail address, which then forwards to my zapier parsing inbox. I’d like to be able to extract the original recipient address, however automatic forwarding to my zapier inbox does not include the sender information in the body of the email as a manually forwarded email would. Is there a way to extract this data if it is not in the text body?

Good question.

The email contents would need to include the desired value to be parsed, whether that’s in the subject, body, etc.

You may be able to get around parsing emails if the app sending the email supports some form of alternative lead delivery such as via a webhook or API.
