Can I send SMS reminders 3 hours prior to appointment in Setmore Appointments using WinSMS as a trigger?

We have a Nail salon business and I want to send SMS reminder to customers 3hours prior to their appointment as a reminder
We book our appointment on Setmore, and have a WinSMS solution in place
Chanllange when trying to connect these I dont get a trigger to enable me on appointment start and set 3 hour prior to it
Any help will be appreciated
Location is from South africa

If you have your Setmore appointments sync to GCal, then you can use this Zap trigger: GCal - Event Start
