I have workspace “A” and workspace “B” in my podio account.
In “A” i have app “a” and “b”, and in workspace “B” i have app “c”.
New items in app “b” is being made via a webform and will always be linked to an item in app “a”.
Can i make it so when item in app “a” is updated, it will take all referenced items in app “b” and via the emailadress on the item, check if the person is already existing in app “c”.
if yes → update that item/leave a comment (with some information from app “b”).
If no → Create item in app “c” (with information from app “b”).
Hope it makes some what sense…
My trouble is to get it to link/find items across 2 workspaces/3 apps in podio, and to search for pre-existing items in app “c” by email adress..
