Is it possible to have a status change on a Monday board lead to an email sent in Gorgias?

I’m not really familiar with Gorgias. However, have you tried using the Create Ticket action in Gorgias? If so, does it send an email? If it does you can setup your Zap like this:
- Trigger: monday.com - Specific Column Value Changed in Board
- Action: Gorgias - Create Ticket
