Is it possible to have a status change on a Monday board lead to an email sent in Gorgias?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I’m not really familiar with Gorgias. However, have you tried using the Create Ticket action in Gorgias? If so, does it send an email? If it does you can setup your Zap like this:

  1. Trigger: monday.com - Specific Column Value Changed in Board
  2. Action: Gorgias - Create Ticket

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
