Can I display new entries on top in a Kanban board and show word count in a long text field?

Hi all,

 

I have two questions regarding Interfaces:

 

1: When a new entry is add to a Kanban board, it shows up beneath the existing entries so you dont see it until you scroll all the way down, is there away I can set up the Kanban board in a way that shows the new entries on top?

 

2: In the form, I used the long text field, is there a way the word count can appear when you enter the text in this field for the user to know how many words they entered while typing?
