  • Can I delete an entry from Cognito Form B when a matching entry on Cognito Form A is submitted using Zapier?

Hi!

I have two cognito forms, I would like to have the submission of cognito form A result in the deletion of the entry on cognito form B when the data matches, however I only seem to be able to use zapier to update this entry not erase it, i am however able to delete the entry on a google doc when it matches but i also cant delete the entry on cognito form B when the matching entry is delete off the google doc - is it not possible to fully erase an entry on cognito using zapier?

Good question.

You’d likely need to use the Cognito Forms API and one of the related advanced Zap actions.

But it seems that Cognito Forms does not currently offer a public API.
