apologies if this is really simple or is not do-able, I’ve just started looking into this toolset.
Setting up zaps with Gmail integration with my application is super easy, but I’m looking for a way to streamline the setting up of similar zaps for customers, without getting them to manually create each one.
Can I create template-type zaps and get my customers to subscribe with their details from my application?

Can you provide more details about what your application is and who are the customers?
Users should have their own Zapier accounts.
Users would connect their app accounts to Zapier, then configure the Zap steps.

This is a CRM system and users have requested email integration. We are considering using Zapier for our Gmail users.
Users would need to set up their own zaps to post a copy of mails sent to our API, so I’m trying to find a way to make the process a bit friendlier (avoiding them needing to enter exactly the right details, prone to errors).

I’m currently looking at templates; I was thinking of using a webhook to make a post to our API, but then I saw this:
Would this be what is meant by “Custom webhook”? That would be a shame as it would rules out that option.
