Hi everybody,

I know that there are a lot of questions around this topic, but I can’t find my specific issue, so maybe there is a solution (or a new angle to the problem):

I am currently connecting GoToWebinar and Salesforce. We have several older Webcast recordings on our website. If somebody wants to watch those videos, they have to register in GoToWebinar. As this doesn’t happen too often, I would like to avoid setting up a Zap for every Recording. I imagine something like

IF somebody registers for (Recording A OR Recording B OR Recording C), THEN create a Campaign Member in Salesforce Campaign “Collection all Webcasts” (and push the name of the Recording into the Description field)

Is that possible? Can I choose several Recording/Webcasts as Triggers for the same Zap?

Thanks in advance for your help!

Sabine

Hi @Sabine

Good question.

The GoTo Webinar Zap trigger for New Registrant requires a Webinar to be selected.

That means you’d have to create a separate Zap per Webinar.

The advanced approach would be to use GoTo Webhooks: https://developer.goto.com/guides/HowTos/07_HOW_WebHooksOverview/

Webhooks can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as the Zap trigger: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
