I’m looking for a way to send an email in HubSpot with a zapier automation.
The Mail should contain HTML because there's a video added.
My goal is to use a path afterwards to send different emails to those who replied and those who did not.

There doesn’t appear to be a HubSpot Zap app action for sending emails: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations#triggers-and-actions
You’d likely have to configure that logic in HubSpot, which may be triggered by other conditions being met. (e.g. Contact added to list, etc.)
You can also connect your email accounts to HubSpot. (e.g. Gmail)

Is there a way to find out if people opened an email with gmail so I can use paths afterwards?
Or is there another good method to send html emails and find out if people opened?
Gmail doesn’t provide email activity (e.g. opens, clicks, etc.).
For that you would have to use a different email service that tracks that activity and has the desired Zap triggers.
