How do I move recordings from several different accounts we own on BlueJeans platform to the cloud - maybe RackSpace (currently use this) or GoogleDrive?

Is it possible to set up a Zap or use the Transfer feature to do something like this?

It seems like there are no existing connections made with BlueJeans within Zapier.

Any advice on best approach to achieve this migration from BlueJeans to RackSpace/GoogleDrive via an automated process?

Hi @TheZapiest

Good question.

Transfer by Zapier has a limited # of trigger source apps available: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496260754957

@TheZapiest

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

You could configure a Zap with this trigger: Bluejeans - New Recording

If you are trying to move existing Bluejeans recordings, then you’d have to explore using the Bluejeans API: https://docs.bluejeans.com/Techdocs/Getting_Started.htm

App APIs can be used in Zaps via these apps:

Thank you for your input @Troy Tessalone !

I am trying to move existing recordings, so thanks for the info regarding the BlueJeans API.

In order to get help with something like that, do I look to hire a Zapier expert or upgrade my plan? Or is this request just outside the scope of Zapier?

@TheZapiest

Factors that impact your Zapier plan:

  • Zap Steps
  • Task Usage from Zap Runs
  • Apps used in Zaps

If you need help with app APIs, consider hiring a Certified Zapier Expert.

Help article about using files in Zaps:

Files larger than 100 MB may result in a time out error.

@TheZapiest

Depending on how many recordings there are, it may be more efficient to do this manually.
