Someone sent me a lot of useful email across a year. I need to collect them in word file automatically by Zapier. Can I or does Zapier only deal with future (new) emails?

If you create a label in Gmail for the emails you find useful then you could use the New Labeled Email Gmail trigger which would be able to trigger a Zap on the old emails that you add the label to. 🙂
