I’d like to use ChatGPT in a Zap where the Zap reads my emails and then uses ChatGPT to answer customer questions and concerns. However, I’d like ChatGPT to reference our company’s vast knowledge base to answer the questions. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Good question.
The AI by Zapier app might be the closest (albeit limited) solution available at this point.
But I expect progress and solutions to be made around your type of use case.
For example, with Zapier Interfaces, there is a Chatbot component, which has Data Sources coming soon.

If you have a templated email with the information you want to ask, you can potentially use the Zapier email parser to send the info to ChatGPT.
There is an integration that would allow you to then send a prompt to ChatGPT.
