Can BookingKoala be used for both the trigger and action?


I’d like the following to happen in BookingKoala. Is this possible?

  1. New Booking
  2. Member is removed from my SMS follow-up campaign

Please let me know!

@Troy Tessalone nailed it - at the moment, this isn’t possible since there are no BookingKoala related actions. 😔 That said, I might recommend opening a ticket with my friends in support with any ideas you’d like to see! They can open feature requests on your behalf and while it doesn’t guarantee implementation, it does allow us to track and gauge interest for new features. It’ll also keep you in the loop if and when those changes do go live.

Full transparency though, this particular app is owned and maintained by BookingKoala. It might be worth opening a feature request directly with them about some of the changes you’d like to see. 🙂 Sometimes it has a bit more weight hearing the feedback directly from their users.
