is there possible to use zapier integration with monday crm for inbound and outbound calls?

Zapier does integrate with Monday.com, and the list of available actions and triggers can be found here: https://zapier.com/apps/monday/integrations#triggers-and-actions
Your Zap would need at least 1 trigger and 1 action, but as an example, Monday can trigger when a new record is created and then record that information in another app, or you can have the Zap trigger off of one app to create a new record in your Monday.com account. Either way, you would need at least one other app to to be the other part of the Zap.
