Calendly to Zendesk - Missing Assignee

Hi I’m using a Zap to create Zendesk tickets when Calendly creates a scheduled event. Everything is working except for the “assignee” field. I can set a static assignee, but when using the dynamic field from Calendly “event assigned to:” the assignee does not get set in the Zendesk ticket.

 

I noticed when manually setting it, the agent’s role is appended to the end so I tried that as well with no luck. Any advice for assigning the ticket to the scheduled agent from Calendly into Zendesk?

Ah! There’s an additional task you can add before creating the ticket to search for the agent! It works! This is resolved!

Thanks Liz, the Zap seems to be working out for my needs. Hopefully I can figure out anything else on my own. I appreciate you reaching out on my question!
