Calendly to Mailjet - send an utomated email at specific time of created event in Calendly

Hello,

Is there a possibility to create this type of event? After client is booking a meeting at specific time - mail will be sent at that time (not immediately after booking).

If it is not possible with Mailjet - do you know any other option to do that or any automated email campaign tool ( Convertkit, ActiveCampaign etc)

Hi, Artur! Thanks for writing in. You should be able to use Zapier to get this to work.

I’d recommend using a Delay step between the Calendly trigger and your Mailjet action. Choose “Delay Until” as your action event for that step, and then in the “Customize Time” section, select the “Event Start Time” from Calendly.

This will tell Zapier to hold off on the next step until the time there. (This is sample data.)

When that time arrives, Zapier will move on to your Mailjet step, and send the email at the start time of your Calendly event.

Hey! Yes you can use a delay step, and choose “Delay until” and then pass through the time you want the mail to be sent into the Customize time field
