I try to do the following:
1. When someone books a meeting in Calendly-> if the person is in Close database→ Update/Create an Opportunity “Booked a call”
2. When someone books a meeting in Calendly ->If the person is not in Close database → Create lead → Update/Create an Opportunity “Booked a call”
3. If someone is already with Opportunity “Booked a call” → don’t do anything
My current Zap setups is
Invitee Created in Calendly → (Action) Find Lead in Close / Create Close Lead if it doesn’t exist yet? Yes/ → Create Opportunity in Close

Try these Zap steps:
- Trigger: Calendly - Invitee Created
- Action: Close - Find/Create Lead
- Action: Close - Find/Create Opportunity
- Action: Filter
- If Opportunity was Created in Step 3
- OR
- If Opportunity was Found in Step 3 and Stage = Booked a Call
- Action: Close - Update Opportunity
