Hello,

When trying to add a connection to Buy Me A Coffee I get authentication error: bad response.

I believe this is only fixable between Zapier and Buy Me A Coffee services.

Hey Andy,

I have managed to solve this issue. Apparently, I did set a password there despite logging via gmail.

When I used it, everything worked.

Thanks!

Hey there! I just tested the connection and it works for me! My first thought here is if you are using oAuth to sign in it won’t accept your email/password combination in Zapier because you won’t have one.

Please can you try going here: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/my-account/edit-profile

Set a password and save changes - Then try logging into Zapier with your email/password combination

Thanks for the answer. I am using the gmail login, indeed. Sadly the change password form requires an old password that I simply don’t have as I am logging via gmail button.

Ah shoot! Would it be possible to ask Buymeacoffee to reset your password? I think that might be the only way, sadly!
