I am trying to trigger a Zap based on the Delivery Status of an order in Shopify. When the status changes to ‘Out For Delivery’ and then to ‘Delivered’ I’d like to be able to run two different Zaps (namely the creation and sending of an automated SMS).


However, in the ‘Updated Order in Shopify’ trigger there is no field available for Delivery Status. There is one for Fulfilment status, but this won’t work as we have other reasons for fulfilling orders that are not relevant to the SMS I want to trigger.

 

Has anyone encountered and found a way to resolve this issue?

I did some digging into this, and it seems like there isn’t a way to trigger on “Delivered” status on the Shopify integration at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you to the feature request as another interested member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
