Hi, I am trying to build an AI agent that goes automatically through my vast dropbox folder where I store all my story and screenplay ideas. As an initial assessment, the agent needs to tell me how he would cluster and prioritise the ideas, and if there is any potential to mix and mash them, and to build on them. Then, every time, I put a new idea in that folder, the AI Agent will automatically reassess the folder, and write his assessment in a google doc, store it in the folder and send it to me. That’s the theory. However, in practice, I already struggle with the first step. I mean, how can I make the AI do an initial asessment the entire dropbox folder and build a database with an entry for every story idea? .. I guess that database is then the foundation for future developments every time a new file comes in. Anybody had any experience with connecting your dropbox and building that initial database?
Hi
Welcome to the Community.
Creating an AI-driven system to analyze your Dropbox folder of story and screenplay ideas is a great project! Start by defining what you want the AI to do—like clustering, prioritizing, or mixing ideas—then use Zapier to trigger workflows when new files are added. Extract text using tools like OpenAI or Google AI for analysis, and store the results in a database such as Airtable or Google Sheets. Automate the AI's assessments into Google Docs and send notifications via Zapier. As your dataset grows, refine the model for better insights, and consider collaborating with a developer if you're new to AI or NLP.
Feel free to ask more questions or seek further guidance as your project progresses. Best of luck with your creative endeavors.
