I'm building a CLM system using Zapier, Google Sheets, Forms, and Calendar. Leads from Facebook go into a sheet. The tele team updates status via Form. When status = Qualified, assign a sales rep. Sales team schedules a meeting via Form → create Google Calendar Meet link → update sheet. Send reminder 30 mins before. Sales updates payment/remarks via Form. Protect lead info from editing.
