Good morning! I’m looking for help bringing in spreadsheet rows to a daily email. I have a google form and I’d like a daily email to be sent out with the responses from that day. I have everything working except for the step that concatenates all the responses in an email. Or even just a step that would count the new rows and put that number in the email would work. Can anyone help? I’ve tried to research it but I only get information on sending emails on a new row- I definitely don’t want an email every time a row is added or updated.

It sounds like you could do this using Digest by Zapier

 

You’d need two Zaps - one to add all of the new rows to the Digest, and one to release the digest and add it to an email. 

 

Zap 1

  1. New Row in Google Sheets
  2. Append Entry and Schedule Digest (in this case leave the schedule set to manual)

Zap 2

  1. Schedule (set a time that you want the Zap to release the information in the Digest
  2. Release existing digest
  3. Send Email (add the information from the digest to the email)
