I am using Slack to Discord integration
When a message uses Blockquotes arrives to Slack like this:
The message arrives at Discord with “No Preview available” instead of the real message.
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi
Slack uses markdown for rich text, that can cause unusual formatting with Discord. You should be able to map plain text in the Discord action within the Zap, which will make sure the slack message goes without any formatting, just the text. If there is no plain text option, you may need to use formatter: markdown to html and then add this to the the discord app in the Zap.
