we are unable to connect Bitrix24 CRM. while entering Bitrix URL getting error message “ERROR_OAUTH: Application not installed”.

Please check screenshot for your references.

For Zapier to connect to a Bitrix24 account, you’d need to have Zapier for CRM app https://www.bitrix24.com/apps/?app=integrations24.zapierbitrix24crm installed from Bitrix24 Market as indicated here: https://helpdesk.bitrix24.com/open/13846018/
