I want to create new entries in the module “customers” in Zoho CRM and need to link them to several other modules (i.e. Orders, Invoice and a custom module).
So I thought the best way to do this would be:
- Zap #1: Create a new entry in the module “Customers”
- Zap #2: Create a new entry in “Orders”
- Zap #3: Create a new entry in “Invoices”
- Zap #4: Create a new entry in the custom module
- Zap #5: And finally run a separate Zap to link all entries
Or is there a better way to link an entry to entries in several other modules?
The result should be that a customer is linked to an order, invoice and an entry in the custom module.
