Hey, 

 

We’re a finance agency for e-commerce stores, we’ve created a zap that pulls invoice PDFs from a Gmail account & saves them down in our google drive for reconciliation purposes. I’m wondering on the best way to be able to connect our client’s gmails to our zaps without them logging into our Zapier account or us having to ask them for their email log in details. 

 

Any ideas of the best ways to approach this would be greatly appreciated!

Good question.

You could have the client setup a forwarding rule in Gmail to forward matching emails to a Gmail email account you own.
