Best way to configure Affiliatly to getresponse

Reaching out to anyone who might have an idea. Im struggling to find a tutorial that shows the best configuration / workflow to have new affiliate sign ups trigger auto responders populated with the tracking for sales converted through the autoresponder.

this is the sequence I picture. if anyone has set up with affiliatly and has anything they can share I would be very grateful. I am selling my own product.

  • Affiliate signs up in affiliatly app
  • getresponse creates new contact
  • getresponse sends autoresponder welcome/sales funnel
  • contact forwards sales funnel vis email/socialmedia
  • sales tracked

    Hello! You’d need to think through some of this - But here are my thoughts:

     

    • Affiliate signs up in affiliatly app - Zapier
    • getresponse creates new contact - Zapier
    • getresponse sends autoresponder welcome/sales funnel - Configured in Getresponse
    • contact forwards sales funnel vis email/socialmedia - You’ll need to work out what you want here. The format you want to receive it etc. But the parsing of this data can be done in Zapier
    • sales tracked - Where do you want the sales tracked?
