But my question is which app should I integrate to send thank you emails, because if I'll use gmail for instance, people with outlook won't get the email, so is there a way to do this ?

You can absolutely email non-Gmail users from our Gmail integration! The app is just where the email is sent from, not who you can send emails to. Use whichever app you use for your email. Does that make sense?
