Just wanted to follow up here as I’d noticed @Home star offer reached out to our Support team and it seems that the errors in the Zap were occurring as the required phone number information from the selected BatchDailer phone fields was missing. The fix suggested by our Support team was to select the “Calledphonenumber” field from the BatchDialer step, as it contained the required phone number that RESimpli was expecting to receive. :)
