Question

BambooHR and Paperform

Hello - I am trying to get a file uploaded to BambooHR when a paperform is completed.

 

The steps i have set up: 

  • Trigger: Form is completed in Paperform (Works)
  • Action: Find and Employee in BambooHR (Works)
  • Action: Upload the file to BambooHR (not working)

I keep getting an error that says : The file could not be sent to BambooHR. Sorry, something went wrong. Please ensure a valid employee is selected.

 

I am trying to set up the results from the first action to like to the corresponding employee in action 2 by using the Employee ID that is put in paperform and correctly found in Action 1.

Hey @JFranklin,

Just checking in to see if you still need help with this? It sounds like the error might be due to the Employee ID that’s been selected but if you could send over a quick screenshot of the fields in the “Upload Employee File” step that will help us to confirm!

We’ll keep an eye out for your response!
