Automating responses from Google Forms to GHL calendar links

The whitelabeled GHL Zap app integration is called LeadConnector: https://zapier.com/apps/leadconnector/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Otherwise, you’d have to use the GHL API via these options:

• Webhooks
  • Premium Zap app
• Code

NOTES:

• Zaps with 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan
• Zaps using a Premium app require a Zapier paid plan

You can’t do this directly inside GHL on the free plan.

Google Forms doesn’t talk to GoHighLevel on its own, so you need something in the middle.

If you want to stay on the free plan in GHL, your option is to use Zapier:

• Trigger: New Google Form response

• Action: Create or update contact in GHL

• Action: Send an email that includes your GHL calendar booking link

That works on Zapier’s free tier as long as your volume is low and you don’t need complex logic.

If you want the process handled fully inside GHL with workflows and automated follow-ups, then you’d need a paid GHL plan that includes Workflows.
