I am trying to get an automation working and wondering if anyone knows a way this would be possible
Here is what i am trying to do:
Our HR software puts all approved holiday events for all staff into one central calendar.
What i need is a ZAP that would Interrogate that calendar and create an event in a specific users calendar.
For Example:
Central calendar event with subject Ben Holiday is created.
Zap sees that an Event has been created.
Zap interrogates that event and sees its subject contains Ben
Zap then creates a calendar event in Bens Personal calendar marking him out of office.
Central Calendar Event with subject Karolis Holiday is created.
Zap sees that and creates an event in Karolis’s Personal Calendar
