Hello! I want to automate a task on Google Drive Excel, in this case, when adding a new row (where I describe an action that we have done) I would like ChatGPT or even my personalized GPT to respond using the new added information to fill in each cell and columns with a grade based on the instructions on how to grade actions.

More context: I want to measure automatically using AI the impact that each action has on our reputational pillars, using pre-established instructions on how to do so and later on fill each correspondent cell and category within each pillar.

Each category within each reputational pillar, has to be graded with 2,1,-1,-2 or “--”  if not related to an action.

In the image you can see the three first cells to send to GPT, then the rest were based on pre-established gradings AI can fill in each category separetly.

Hope you can help :)

Hi @Teodoro Gorrin Roberts,

Welcome to the Community.

Zapier can automatically add rows to Google Sheets and trigger actions, but grading actions requires an AI model like GPT-3. You can integrate an AI via webhooks or APIs to analyze new entries, return grades, and update the sheet. Setting this up may require custom coding or developer assistance.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

Hey @Teodoro Gorrin Roberts, just checking in—were you able to get this sorted?

If not, perhaps you could try using AI Actions which would allow your custom GPT to run Zapier actions. You can learn learn more about that here: Create AI actions within an AI app.

Alternatively, you could use a ChatGPT action in your Zap. It wouldn’t be able to connect to your custom GPT but it has actions like Conversation or Conversation with Assistant that you can give instructions to get it to generate the relevant gradings then you could follow that up with an Update Spreadsheet Row action to add the gradings to the row.

Keen to ensure you’re all set so let us know if you still need any help! 🙂
