I wonder if anyone has any experience of this. I’d like to know if it might be possible to send emails to customers when we complete sub-tasks for them. The content of the email would be specific to the completed subtask and the email address would ideally be held in the Asana task.

Unfortunately the available Asana action for “Completed Task” won’t trigger for completed Subtasks.
