Currently, my zap works great except for one thing - I have to manually select and attach every single event (campaign) created in RegFox in order for it to be processed by my zap, which then adds/updates a contact record in our CRM. Is there a way to choose some sort of “select all” or maybe a wildcard to add every published campaign automatically to my zap? There is currently no foreseeable case where I don’t want my zap to process a registration from any event and sync it using the zap. If it’s a published event, it needs to be processed through my zap.

We create several of these throughout the year, and right now I have to go into Zapier and add each event to the zap after it’s published in RegFox. And when the events pass, we have to go back and clean up the zap to remove those events.

For example, what I’m after is that I create my next 100 registration pages in RegFox. My zap will automatically grab every one of those because it’s published, and I don’t have to go in and individually pick through all 100 of them and attach each.

Hi @schmidt

Try this workaround…

RegFox help link about how to configure a webhook: https://help.regfox.com/en/articles/2340094-webhooks

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook URL to configure in RegFox.

Hi @schmidt, welcome to the Community! 🎉

There’s an existing feature request for the ability to trigger a single Zap for registrants across all campaign so I’ve added your vote to that feature request. While I can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll definitely notify you via email when it becomes possible to trigger for all campaigns.

In the meantime, Troy’s suggestion of using a Catch Hook (Webhooks by Zapier) trigger that runs when a new webhook is sent from RegFox would be the way to go.

If you run into any trouble on that or if there’s anything else we can help with do let us know! 🙂
