Hi all.

Very new to zapier, so still navigating my way around.

Anyone know how I send automated emails before and after appointments in 10to8?

I've connected 10to8, all looks fine, currently using it to connect 10to8 to activecampaign.

But have no clue as to how I add my chosen email of choice?

Totally confused.

Hello! Once you’ve connected your 10to8 account, and create your trigger “Time before/after appointment” - You will be given the details of this appointment (with things like the time/email attendees etc) - You can then pass this data onto another app in Zapier. I would start with a basic tutorial though, just so you get the hang of it.

Hi Andy 

I think that’s where the error is. I’d assumed Zapier itself had the capability of creating an automated email which is triggered to be sent once an appointment had occurred. Perhaps this isn’t the case. (Confuses because it gives you the option to fill in fields of an email. 
 

I’ll try connecting it to active campaign too and see if I can get it work that way. Thanks v much Andy.
