I’m curious to find out the best way to generate email reminders to occur weekly - in line with days and times of courses being attended. The aim is to send an email reminder to attendees to complete an online COVID-19 Form.

Sales are made in Ticket Tailor and email service is with Gmail. I have set up a delay to send the email 1 hr before as a one off event, but I assume I can use scheduler too.  Are there any other methods people might consider using to create the workflow?  Several people can attend a time specific course too.

Have you considered using a email service like Mailchimp or Active Campaign? I do this for quite a few of my clients and often find it easier to handle in these softwares. The workflow is pretty simple, you would just use the tagging feature which is available in most email services to schedule your emails based on triggers Ticker tailor.
