I’m curious to find out the best way to generate email reminders to occur weekly - in line with days and times of courses being attended. The aim is to send an email reminder to attendees to complete an online COVID-19 Form.
Sales are made in Ticket Tailor and email service is with Gmail. I have set up a delay to send the email 1 hr before as a one off event, but I assume I can use scheduler too. Are there any other methods people might consider using to create the workflow? Several people can attend a time specific course too.
