Automate reminder emails from Google Sheets using Gmail

Hello,
I would like to send a reminder email for a meeting that takes place every Thursday evening.

So I've created a zap that :

From Google sheet info (From, BCC, Subject, content) > Send an email with gmail.

It works well BUT...
I'd like to automate it.
I'd like the email to send itself, every Thursday morning at 9:00.
I'd also like (if possible) a column to be filled in (DONE) when the email is sent.

I've been trying for a long time but I can't get what I want.

Your help would be most welcome

Thank you :)
Nicolas

Hi @Albatros Academy,

Welcome to the Community.

You can automate your email process further by setting up a Zap with "Schedule by Zapier" to trigger every Thursday at 9:00. Use a "Lookup Spreadsheet Row" action in Google Sheets to find the relevant data, then a Gmail action to send the email. Finally, add an "Update Spreadsheet Row" action to mark the email as sent. Test each step before turning the Zap on.

Let me know if you need further assistance.
