Hello, I don't know if you have a suggestion mailbox for new functionalities. I would like to propose a solution to a problem that all companies have, and it is the automation of 1. Extrase the invoices of a tool and 2. Take them to a dropobox, or drive folder or billing program as an expense. We have this problem in Billin forever and surely all Emrpesas too.

Getting every month to get all the invoices manually to send them to the manager is a roll and a waste of time, and I think this can be automated with Zapier.

GDrive and Dropbox are available to use in Zaps.

What I want is a function that gets invoices for tools and programs and automatically sends them to dropbox or drive. I know that dropbox and drive are in zapier.

We’d need a better understanding of which specific “apps” you are referring to for the tools/programs.

Check to see if those are available as Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

Depending on which apps are being used and the logic involved, Zaps may be able to be configured.

 

For example, these apps have a trigger of New Invoice.
