Hi all.

Wondering if someone could assist.

OnePage CRM has a capture email that imports emails into the system if sent to that address. We use a third party website to get leads and this website sends us emails when a new lead is received. I want to add the OnePage CRM capture email address to the received lead email and what then happens is that its sent to OnePage CRM but allocates it as a new notification and we manually need to add a contact. I want the email to arrive at OnePage CRM and have it automatically create the contact and then add a tag that we call XYZ so we know that this is a lead from that specific portal.

The email received from the 3rd party lead gen portal includes the following in the body which it would need to create the contact in OnePage CRM.

Enquiry by:

Contact Number:

Email Address:

My assumption is that I would need a Zapier email address which I add to recipient of the 3rd party portal site and then from there it would work its magic?

Thanks for the follow up Sam. Managed to get everything hooked up but stuck on mapping the fields so that it pulls the correct information from the 3rd party email.

Hi @bruskieza,

It's great to hear you've made progress! To ensure fields map correctly in Zapier, make sure the data types match between the third-party email and your destination app. Check data formats, test fields manually, and use the Formatter by Zapier if needed to adjust formats. If issues persist, feel free to share more details so I can help further.

We appreciate your patience, and we look forward to helping you resolve this issue.
