I’m trying to automate my post-meeting workflow without using a visible meeting bot like Fireflies
Here’s what I’m aiming for:

I record meetings manually using QuickTime or OBS and I would like them to be saved automatically.

As soon as a new file is added, I want to:

Automatically transcribe the audio
-
Generate a summary using Gemini or ChatGPT
-
Then send that summary to:
-
a Slack channel
-
and as a note in the matching Pipedrive contact or deal
