Automate an outbound phone call to potential lead

Does anyone know of a setup where I can setup a force call?

 

For example, someone signs up with their phone number, Google Voice type app would instantly call me and allow me to press a button to call the person who signed up

Hi @BrockH 

Why not get sent an SMS with the phone number of the lead, then you can click to call on your mobile phone?
