We use Ring Central at work for texting with clients in addition to phone calls. Am I able to set up an auto-response for texts when out of the office? I thought I was in the right place to set it up, but I have to enter a “to number” and I don’t have just one number. Can I set it up to respond to all incoming messages with the same response when turned on? If so, how do I do this?

In the “to number” you will enter the number from your trigger step that you received the text from. 


Thank you for your response! And in doing this, it will then send the automated response to any phone number that sends me a text?


Correct. Technically, you will pass the field from the trigger step that has the number. If you share screenshots from the data returned in your trigger step, I can tell you exactly which field.
