We use a chatbot to asses the knowledge of course participants. We now prompt users to copy paste a unique user ID which is displayed on top of the same page as the chatbot window. It works for 95% of all users but unfortunately, there are a few users who don't seem to find the unique user ID or don't know how to copy-paste it, so they try to retype it and make typos, which will cause follow-up zaps to crash.
Is there a possibility to enforce a specific variable into the chat conversation like using a pre-fill link for a form, but then for chatbot purposes?
Or does anybody have an idea of another workaround which might work?
