Hi Zapier Community,

We’re currently using Clio Manage and Gavel for our legal workflow, and I’m looking for guidance on how to best integrate both platforms using Zapier.

Right now, I’m particularly interested in automating the following:

  • Pulling client and matter data from Clio into Gavel to trigger document workflows

  • Syncing attachments or custom fields

  • Possibly using webhooks or intermediary tools to connect to Gavel, since it's not a native Zapier app

If anyone has experience with this setup or can point me in the right direction (especially regarding Gavel’s compatibility), I’d really appreciate it.

Also, if there’s any possibility to speak with someone from the Zapier team — either via phone or a short virtual meeting — that would be incredibly helpful.
