Assistance with Integrating Wix and Connecteam for Automated Client Notifications

Hi Zapier Support Team,

I’m looking to set up an integration between Wix and Connecteam using Zapier and would like your assistance.

Here’s the workflow I’m aiming to achieve:

  1. When a client books an appointment online through Wix and arrives at our facility, the front desk staff checks them in using the Wix platform.
  2. Once the "Check-In" action is performed on Wix, I’d like Zapier to automatically send a message to the assigned esthetician or massage therapist through Connecteam, notifying them that their client has arrived.
  3. Ideally, the notification of their clients arrival should include:
    • The client’s first name.
    • The type of service or booking (e.g., massage, facial, etc.)
    • The length of treatment ( 45min, 60min, 75min, 90min)

My questions are:

  1. Is it possible to create this automation using Zapier?
  2. How would I go about setting up the integration between Wix and Connecteam for this specific workflow?
  3. Which Zapier package or pricing tier would be most suitable for this type of action?

Your guidance would be greatly appreciated, as I’d like to implement this workflow to improve our operational efficiency ASAP :)

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @Joshua Levy,

Welcome to the Community.

You can automate sending messages from Wix to Connecteam using Zapier by creating a Zap that triggers a Wix "Bookings" and sends a message via Connecteam. The setup involves selecting Wix as the trigger app, Connecteam as the action app, and connecting both accounts to Zapier. You'll configure the message details using dynamic fields like client name and service type, then test and activate the Zap. Zapier's pricing depends on the number of tasks (for example, each message sent counts as one task), so choose a plan based on your expected volume.

I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
