I am reaching out on behalf of my client regarding an urgent issue with accessing their Zapier account. Unfortunately, they have lost access to the email associated with their account due to a former employee moving to the United States, rendering that contact method inaccessible.

 

Recently, we received a security notification indicating that the account password had been compromised. When attempting to reset the password, the reset instructions were sent to the email we no longer control, and we have been unable to regain access.

 

We would like to provide proof of ownership over the account. We can verify the following details:

1. Payment Method: All payments associated with this Zapier account are linked to our billing details, which we can verify.

2. Connected Apps and Zaps: We are able to provide a list of apps and workflows (Zaps) configured within the account to demonstrate our usage and ownership.

 

Could you please advise us on the steps to recover access to the account or update the associated email address?
